Projects in progress
The company is implementing a project under action 2.32 of the European Funds for the Modern Economy (FENG) 2021-2027 program titled “Implementation of Vacuum Carbonitriding Technology at HART-TECH Sp. z o.o.”
The project focuses on the implementation of a new surface layer production technology developed by HART-TECH, based on vacuum carbonitriding combined with high-pressure nitrogen hardening, as well as the launch of new services and ensuring the appropriate conditions for service delivery.
This project contributes to strengthening the company’s sustainable growth and competitiveness, and by providing services in a technology that reduces costs, it also enhances the growth and competitiveness of its customers. The project will include investment activities such as the purchase of a single-chamber furnace with the ability to perform nitrogen hardening under pressure, a nitrogen tank, as well as the preparation of the location and connection of utilities.
The target group for which the project results are dedicated — i.e., the introduction of vacuum carbonitriding services combined with nitrogen hardening under a pressure of 25 bar — mainly includes companies from the automotive industry, as well as machinery, railway, agricultural and road machinery, and construction sectors.
The total cost of the project is PLN 4,297,400.00, with a contribution from the European Funds amounting to PLN 2,148,700.00.

Completed projects
Hart-Tech has implemented a project under the Pilot Project of the National Centre for Research and Development within the DEMONSTRATOR+ program titled “Multi-functional, intelligent modular center for vacuum heat and surface treatment technologies with High-Tech solutions” (agreement number: UOD-DEM-1-193/001). The project was carried out in a consortium with SECO/WARWICK and Lodz University of Technology.
Additionally, the company implemented the PreNitLPC technology in the project titled “Implementation of PreNitLPC Technology at Hart-Tech” (number K1/HI1/36/159007). The main goal of the project was to introduce high-temperature vacuum carburizing with pre-nitriding PreNitLPC technology, as well as applying this technology to both new and existing customers. The project also involved the introduction of the EN ISO 9001 quality assurance system and preparation for expansion to the AS9100/EN-PN9100 aviation standard.
Another project was the development of low-friction gradient coatings as part of action 1.2 Sectoral R&D Programs of the Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020 (agreement number: POIR/01.02.00-00-0011/15, NIWAG). The project aimed at developing a technology for manufacturing low-friction coatings in a hybrid FineLPN process, nanostructured with MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) and rGO (reduced graphene oxide), for use in the aviation industry.
Total cost of project implementation:
- National Centre for Research and Development project: 6,075,165.00 PLN (including European Union funding: 3,606,642.00 PLN).
These innovative projects contribute to the development of technologies in heat and surface treatment, strengthening Hart-Tech’s competitiveness and supporting its growth in both domestic and international markets.
